Total electricity and natural gas consumption in 2020 was lower than total consumption in 2019. A significant decrease in total consumption was recorded in electricity, by 6.0 %, while the consumption of natural gas was only 0.7 % lower. In the case of both energy products, we recorded an increase in the consumption of household customers, which can be attributed to the introduction of emergency measures in the country related to the COVID-19 epidemic, when many employees worked from home for a long time.
