Issuing a declaration for a production facility

Producers can obtain a declaration for a production facility that produces electricity from renewable energy sources (RES) and in a high-efficiency cogeneration of electricity and heat (CHP – combined heat and power) and that appropriate meters have been installed. Application shall be submitted by an order form for RES and CHP facilities.

Valid declaration is a condition for granting support for produced electricity and issuing guarantee of origin.

Issuing a declaration for a production facility that is already in the Register of declarations (revalidation of the declaration)

Producers, whose production facilities are already in the register, can file an application to obtain a declaration on the Application form for issuing the declaration for a production facility that is already in the Register of production facilities, and for declaration holder to report on meeting the conditions in the past year. The application can be filed not more than two months and at least one month before the valid declaration ceased to be valid.
